Train Museum

While in Sacramento we decided to take the kids to the train museum in Old Sacramento. Brody was in heaven! Great Grandma Kimbrell, Great Grandma and Grandpa Burton, Grandpa and Grandma Burton, and Uncles Kevin and David all went too. There were huge displays of old train cars and engines. The kids loved walking through all the trains and getting to see what a mail car looked like. At the end of the museum there were all sorts of toy train displays which was fun to see how the toy trains have progressed through the years. And after all that they had Thomas the Train tables set up for the kids to play with. Brody and Ella had a great time playing with all the trains!

Both kids were spoiled at the gift shop with trains from every grandma! Brody was working the room with his "need" for more Thomas trains. All the spoils the kids got are very loved and appreciated and will be around for our own grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Nothing better than trains! Our museum is opening for its 20th year--I think. I kind of lose track. Sacramento looks like lots of fun.
Love you all
